This document defines the test methods for characterizing metallic watch straps and the corresponding requirements. These relate to the connection of the bracelet to the case, to the clasp, to the inter-link fixing as well as to the holding of the pins and the fixing screws of the bracelet links. The document also presents the methods of checking the flexibility of the bracelet, its resistance to various mechanical stresses and its resistance to corrosion.
