测试需求
孔眼压痕在牙科磨盘中心的滑动阻力是衡量产品质量的关键。该测试是为了检查在施加扭矩的情况下两个组件之间是否存在相对旋转滑移。通过快速更换的定制工装,自动测试程序以及导出数据结果以进一步分析数据,旨在样品的质量优化。
全球医疗设备供应商生产用于整形,轮廓加工和抛光的牙科修整盘。该产品由一个柔软,磨料涂层的圆盘和一个在中央弯曲的金属孔眼组成。在使用过程中,该孔眼连接到牙科器械的心轴/轴套。该公司希望改进其测试磁盘完整性的整体过程。
扭矩测试包括向孔眼施加预设扭矩,然后进行目视检查是否存在打滑。测试样品为两个直径3/8英寸和1/2英寸的磁盘。
解决方案
Mecmesin 设计和制造夹具工装,用于 Vortex-i 自动扭矩测试仪上快速批量测试不同尺寸的磨盘。在测试之前,将样品标记在圆盘和孔眼上,以清楚指示是否发生分离。夹具固定外盘,锥形探针与孔眼接合以施加适当的扭矩。 Emperor™ 软件控制 Vortex-i 扭矩测试仪以恒定的5.0转/分钟施加指定的扭矩。测试后,将样品从固定装置上取下,并检查标记以表明磨料部件紧靠孔眼旋转。如果样品在施加扭矩下显示出足够的抗断裂能力,则可以接受该批料。如果不是,则必须对压接机进行调整。
Emperor 可以将测试数据自动导出到 Excel® 格式文件,以进一步分析数据,这是解决方案的另一项要求。
