MEC 240g +2kO (body only) :

A pair of pneumatically-operated, Double-action U-form Vice Grips with an opening of 0-18mm depending on the jaw types selected (sold separately).

Each grip is fitted with 2 x 70 mm diameter pneumatic pistons, which allow the test specimen to be easily held around the central axis and apply up to 2.6 kN constant clamping force at 7 bar.

An extensive collection of interchangeable jaws provides excellent gripping characteristics to ensure that a variety of materials and components can be securely held. Jaws sold separately.

Mec205 series of footswitches or handswitches are available to operate pneumatic grips - order separately.

Fitted with a QC-20mm hole for connecting to loadcell or base of test stand.
