On-site availability

UK, Ireland and France
If you are based in the UK, Ireland or France, you can arrange for our engineers to calibrate your Mecmesin force or torque tester on-site at your factory. Regional call-out fees will apply.

All other countries
For all other countries on-site calibration is subject to service availability from your local distributor. Your choice will be noted as a preference when processing your enquiry but does not guarantee availability of on-site calibration services for your country.

Upload photos (JPG, PNG or GIF upto 2 MB) of any damage to the product(s) if appropriate.

UKAS calibration
Mecmesin can provide a UKAS traceable calibration certificate for linear displacement and/or speed. Please select this option if one or more of the products requires this step.
How long does calibration take?
Return to factory
Return to factory calibration typically takes 5-7 workings day from arrival to dispatch. Fast track calibration of 2 working days from arrival to dispatch is available at an additional charge.

On-site
On-site calibration can typically service 1-2 instruments per hour. Our calibration engineers will agree a convenient time and date with you to attend your facility, noting any specific requirements.
